Only a few complaints this time. Washer was broken and wasn’t notified prior or would have stayed elsewhere. They did offer a small credit. Just inconvenient as we were not going back home and traveling to our next weekly rental prior to flying home. Stains on carpet this time. Only 2 drinking glasses in the kitchen. All this was reported and very well received by the host. Will stay again provided these are corrected.

5 Stars! I had a fantastic stay at Steven's place! The property was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great patio to relax on. Everything was in perfect condition except the washer, but Steven had already scheduled a repair, so it wasn’t an issue. He was incredibly responsive, even sending proactive updates during a potential tropical storm. The location was ideal—close to all Myrtle Beach attractions but in a peaceful area away from the busy oceanfront. We easily drove to the oceanfront and nearby restaurants. The beds and seating areas were very comfortable, making it feel like our own personal condo. The pool was a hit with my daughter, and the golf course views near the clubhouse were lovely. For the price, this place offers excellent value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay at World Tour Golf Course was great this week! The place was bigger than we expected, looked exactly like the pictures and was nice and clean! It was in a central location about 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from several restaruants. We enjoyed the pool on the premises. The hosts were all very responsive before and during our visit. Any minor issues were resolved immediately! We can't wait for our next stay at this property!

The washer didn't work during my stay, but he communicated that ahead of time and often. He apologized profusely about it. But overall it was a great stay.

Steve was very responsive and replied quickly. His condo is a nice quick drive to the beach. It is very clean and very spacious. Has all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend this location and host. Would definitely come back again

1025 World Tour Blvd. was spacious, clean and conveniently located. Household necessaries such as laundry detergent and dishwashing tablets (as well as other needs) were readily provided. The unit was exactly as advertised. I will look to book this or similar unit with Steve on my next trip to Myrtle Beach. An excellent experience from check-in to check-out.

Accommodations in Myrtle Beach hardly get any better than this. Myrtle Beach has always been one of my favorite "close-to-home" vacation spot, and so over the years I've stayed at many hotels, and rented my share of condos in that area, and I can confidently say that Steven's place is amongst the best places I've stayed at, if not the best. The best thing about this condo is its location. The area si close to Myrtle Beach's action, yet far enough that relaxing moments can be enjoyed on the balcony, which offers a superb and unblocked view of well maintained, and as calm as you can ask for, green landscapes. After a day at the beach, and before hitting one of many great Myrtle Beach area's restaurant, we would relax and enjoy a cocktail sitting there. Definitely one of the highlight of the day. Communication with Steven (or with his co-hosts) was, simply put, flawless. We had an awesome week here in Myrtle Beach, and it's in big part thanks to where we stayed at.

If I was able to give more stars I would. The place is beautiful and so cozy. Pictures don’t do it justice and those are beautiful! It’s in an area that is just a short drive to everything. Although we didn’t go to the pool it’s very nice. The golf course is a must if you play. Overall the condo is everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back next year.

They were extremely responsive and the place was what we were looking for; an elevator for accessibility needs with two bedrooms with normal bed sizes (not twins).

My stay at this rental was wonderful! The place was so clean it looked like a brand-new place, and I felt like I was the first to stay there (but I know others have rented before me because of the reviews). The master bed and living room seating were very comfortable, and all the rooms and the full baths were spacious. The place was bright and sunny from the two patio doors in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and there was a washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location on the golf course was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. There are no cons in my review because everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I have recommended Steven’s place to my family, and as long as it’s available, I will stay here whenever I’m in Myrtle Beach.

We enjoyed our time staying at this airbnb. Everything was exactly as expected . The hosts were super friendly and responsive. 10-14 min away from all the tourist attractions in Myrtle beach. Would definitely recommend staying and I would stay here again!

We went down for my 10 years old’s basketball tournament. My son is very picky about hotels and tend to sleep upright; don’t bother asking him to get under the blankets. When we walked into the unit; he smiled. He felt right at home. Great space and the cleanliness was very much appreciated. The online pictures doesn’t give you the real feel of the unit. The owners took great pride in this investment which I could imagine was their home at one point. Great Visit, would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach. Thank You!

The place my family and I stayed at was beautiful! Perfect location, as it's only about 10-15 min from the action of broadway, but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful. Steven and cohosts were attentive to our Schlage lock problem we encountered, and we appreciated that greatly! Thank you guys, we will keep you in mind when booking on Airbnb again!
