Welcome to Sand Dunes Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This is an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the view from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach.

You will enjoy @BellaVistaSunrise !

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot/garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. Go straight to unit from the parking garage - no front desk required!

Living area: 1 sleeper sofa.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.

Bedroom 1: 1 king beds. Ocean view balcony access.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two full beds.

Bedroom 3: Two full beds.

Bathroom 2: Hallway access.

Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean view.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit.

Other Amenities: See photos. Owned and operated by the HOA.

Awesome Experience

#BellaVistaSunrise will forever be my go-to family stay when we’re in Myrtle Beach! I have absolutely no complaints — everything about our experience was wonderful. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and THE VIEW… absolutely breathtaking. 🌅 It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and across the street there’s a great restaurant called Salt and Lime with gluten-free options (huge plus!). If you're into coffee or healthy drinks, LŌLEO Juice Bar is just a 12-minute walk away — definitely worth it. A few mornings I even woke up at 5am just to watch the sunrise, then went for a peaceful run along the beach. I wasn’t the only one out there, but it still felt safe and calm — such a beautiful way to start the day. There’s a Starbucks conveniently located right below the building, and the pools were great — clean and refreshing. I also made use of the fitness room to stay active during the trip, which was a nice bonus. Don’t miss Broadway at the Beach, just a 10-minute drive away — the aquarium there is huge and so much fun, especially for families. And if you're a runner like me, there's even a CVS about 20 minutes away on foot, which came in handy. All in all, Bella Vista Sunrise felt like home — peaceful, beautiful, and in a perfect location. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Comfort and Memories made!

We were so comfortable in the spacious condo! Loved being able to cook and look outside. We played games on the large table and were able to shower in the large bathroom. Everyone was comfortable and we made tons of great memories!

Great stay and great view ☀️

Had a wonderful with my family at Bella Vista Sunrise, we loved how close it was the beach. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and pizzeria on a rainy day. The kitchen was great to cook in. Everything clean and very enjoyable! Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome view and Great Amenities for families

My family and I came to Myrtle beach for the first time and stayed at this beautiful condo! We loved the location, it has a great view and it’s close to everything you would need. The amenities were great especially with kids. I loved how spacious all the rooms felt. Overall, it was our home away from home and we will be coming back very soon!!! Highly recommend!
